On the same day that I made Fish Tacos & Churros with my dad’s help, we made some fried zucchini!
We are up to our ears in zucchini over here.

The batter was very simple- flour, salt, water. Next time around, I would add more salt and maybe some other seasonings, because it truly has no taste- just texture.


We really just played it by ear with these, so I can’t actually even say how long they cooked or at what temperature, but they turned out lovely!
Coming up soon, I’m hoping to make zucchini fries.
You know I love food, or more I should say cooking food. Salt and pepper are my ultimate batter combo. These look amazing and I really wish my zucchini grew this year because I would be cooking some up asap.
